Shipping policy

Shipping at this time is to the UK and Europe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and during busier periods. We aim to dispatch all our orders within 2-3 business days. 

Please keep in mind that any additional taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full to ensure delivery of the parcel. Most courier companies will request payment in advance of delivering a customer's parcel to its final destination. It is the customer's responsibility to check if any custom charges apply to their shipping destination before purchasing.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to  Studio Isolde or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any shipping cost or fees associated with the return. Any additional costs we incur will be deducted from your refund. If the item is returned to us, please note the original international postage costs paid by you will not be refunded.
