Refund policy

We are happy to offer a full refund on all items excluding earrings. If your item is unsuitable, you have the option to return it. You have 14 calendar days from order receipt to request a return. Once approved, you have an additional 7 calendar days from the approval date to post the item back to us. Returns received outside of this window may not be accepted, and a refund may not be issued. 

Any Customs or Duties that have been paid on international orders by Studio Isolde will be reduced from the refunded amount. 

From Jan 2025 Customs and Duties will not be included in the price point and due to be paid for by the customer.

All items must be in their original packaging including the dust bag, and in a sellable condition. If items are not in a sellable condition, the following scenarios apply:

• Items showing any signs of wear or that are not in a sellable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
